Welcome — I’m glad you’re here.
I’m Meghan, a Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) and Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) with over five years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, substance use, and mental health challenges.
My approach is shaped not only by my training, but by the lived experiences that brought me to this work. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years walking my own healing path. I know what it’s like to move through darkness, to question your worth, and to begin again.
Those experiences taught me that recovery—whether from substances, trauma, codependency, or burnout—isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about coming home to who you’ve always been.
I’m here to hold space for people doing the deep work—those recovering from addiction, healing from trauma, navigating relationship shifts, or figuring out who they are beyond survival.
I work with adults and couples carrying the weight of anxiety, grief, PTSD, ADHD, and burnout—who are ready to meet themselves with honesty and intention.
My mission is to guide people back to their own wisdom.
I believe therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about remembering the parts of you that got buried in the chaos. Whether you’re untangling codependent patterns, rebuilding after rupture, or reconnecting to your intuition, I’m here to walk alongside you as you reclaim your power, your presence, and your path.
Therapy with me is relational, real, and rooted in both clinical training and lived experience. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all healing—you’re a whole person with a story, a nervous system, and a future you’re still unfolding.
My approach weaves together trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and relational therapy with mindfulness, somatic practices, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). We slow down, listen to the body, welcome curiosity, and learn to respond to emotions rather than react from old survival strategies.
When it feels meaningful, I also offer space for spiritual exploration—asking the deeper questions about who you are and why you’re here.
I work best with adults and couples who are in recovery, reevaluating relationships, grieving losses, or figuring out who they are beyond just surviving. Together, we gently shift patterns like emotional shutdown, people-pleasing, and self-sabotage.
This work can be heavy—but it can also be full of laughter, honesty, and relief.
I offer telehealth sessions to support deep healing, self-awareness, and transformation. Whether you're moving through grief, burnout, addiction recovery, or identity shifts, I meet you with honesty, presence, and care.
